The festival is pitched as an otherworldly journey into a retro-inspired, magical oasis. The festival's aesthetic evokes nostalgia while embracing the spirit of the live music involved. Thylacines stand as guardians, festoon lights illuminate camping tents nestled among the Nugent hills, leading to the mystical portal via the 'yellow brick road' (Nugents' dirt roads), symbolizing the festival as a gateway to leave the everyday behind. A kombi van loaded with acoustic musical instruments and indie-dressed musicians hints at the genres that are played.
